After a direct charge for $29.95 on my bank account appeared on 4/20. I obtained a copy of the draft off our account which clearly showed Alliance Network as the payee and endorsed on the back with an unreadable signature and a account number. I called the phone number listed on the draft (877-763-3360) and was told this charge was authorized by my husband (not true). When I asked for a refund, I was promised one in 3-5 days and was given a confirmation number. I searched the internet for Alliance Network and finding many other complaints and realizing Alliance Network had my checking account number, my bank representative recommended immediate closure of our checking account. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, who did refund my money but it has been a major hassle with direct deposits, etc. Beware!
