I received a postcard in the mail to accept a FREE credit card to rebuild your credit. Due to my recent financial mishaps I thought this was excellent offer. I went online to register - Horizon Gold Card Services to accept pre-approved offer. The site asked for a credit card to verifiy my identity only. I entered information and later found $29.95 was deducted from my personal checking account. I want my money back because this is not a credit card rather a scan which can only be used on Horizon Outlet site. This is not a credit card. I did not authorize this charge and their terms do not disclose this charge.
