I applied for a loan online from my loan,I never knew there was a transaction fee of £69.99.I had a phone call from them saying I need to pay £69.99 processing fee I told them I don't have that kind of money to pay for a loan which hasn't even been granted.I told them to cancel my loan application since I can't afford to pay such amount.I had my statement and before I knew it £69.99 has been taken out of my accounts without my authorisation,I can't believe such a thing can happen in modern day Britain without anyone doing something anything about it.I have sant an email to them without getting any response.I really want my money back.this is really shameful
