Sorry I took so long to report this company. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from this company and upon receiving them discovered none fit, they were all too small, we ordered them according to the size chart, which gave room for alterations, we even ordered bigger sizes. One of the dresses was damaged, it looked liked someone had stepped on it. I notified the company, they gave me the e-mail address of "loveeveningdress.com". I received a response from one Noel Heart and he requested photos of the damaged dress, I submitted the photos only for him to tell me there was nothing he could do, he asked me to take the damaged dress to a seamstress. But replacement was out of the questioned. They listed a return policy, which they do not honor. This company is no longer listed. Please check out Wide-Dress.com, this is an Associate Company as well, I had problems with them with my wedding dress. It appears they were two companies same owners. All complaints go through "loveeveningdress.com and you receive a respone from Noel Heart. Please Read!
