Ordered 2 dresses from this karen millen site and paid in full through www.realypay.com. who sent me a receipt and user id with password to track my order, I have received dresses but unfortunately they did not fit so wanted to return them. I have emailed on a number of occasions but they have not replied so I am unable to return them as I don't know where to!!! and I now have 2 dresses that are unusable and down £175.00 in my bank!!!
