Years ago I applied the credit card thru their official website. Each dollar I spent I would get 1 point. Lately I was going to redeem the points into products, they said their program has changed and my 18036 points only worth 0.25% each dollar spent = $45. There is no notice or anything. They promoted their cash back program on "online shopping" thru their website, not on credit card. Their official website still promoting redeeming free products. I confirmed with them why i cannot redeem products, they said I can redeem the products using my Cash Back money. I said that is misleading, after i spent that much money using the credit card but I am not able to claim a bottle of OPC3 after all!!
I asked them why my points are not showing. They said I have to call the credit card company. The credit card company said they are not responsible for the reward redeeming. Til now, I haven't gotten a penny or any products!

- This is a Market America, Inc. Corporate Representative. We are sorry to hear that this individual had a bad experience. The bank that handles the Market America branded credit card, Barclays Bank, notified all credit card holders on their February billing statements that effective March 1, 2012, all new and existing preferred customers would have their points converted to cash back with a conversation rate of $.0025 per one point. In addition, the message explained how to use cash back for future purchases: “To use cash back for your purchase, at checkout, select the cash back option and it will apply the available cash. Cash back balance can be viewed when you log into your shop consultant’s portal.” Any additional questions or concerns should be directed to [email protected].
