PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE REALPAY.COM. I ordered a watch in November from a website that claimed to be in the UK. I was sent a watch from China that was NOT identical to the one I ordered and that did NOT work. I was told by Realpay to send the watch back to replicawatchestop.org.uk and expect a refund. It has now been 6 months and after emailing both companies (REALPAY and replicawatchestop.org.uk) every week Replicawatestop have informed me they will not refund the money or send my watch back. I bought the watch for £90 but still RealPay took £103 which I did not consent to. I received an email today from [email protected] that there is nothing she can do to help! Horrible company! Please learn from by mistake and never use either or them.
