When surfing for discount codes, BIDRACK appeared and I went to the site to check it out. My husband has done online bidding and we have had wonderful vacations via online bidding. So when I went to this site, I was not apprehensive. I've always wanted a Kindle and they had one on the screen being auctioned off. When I tried to click into the "FREE" site, it said I needed to start an account. Of course if I won a bid I would need to give my credit card information so I assumed this was the reason for needing my credit card for this "FREE" site. I entered my credit card information and was immediately charged $99 to my dismay. I tried contacting the company immediately. There is no phone number or actual address to contact BIDRACK except via email. I called my bank to stop payment, but it was in pending mode and would not post until that Monday. I began corresponding with BIDRACK to tell them of the mistake that was made and all I got was so Sorry the ad says what I would be doing. No it does not clearly state that for me to look at their "FREE" site, I would have to pay $99 to just look! I'm on a mission to put BIDRACK out of business. I had $200 in my account at the time and $99 went to absolutely nothing. There's no way I would have paid to look at a website had I not been deceived. BIDRACK NEEDS TO GO DOWN!
