Ordered trail version of Lux-E electronic cigarettes. Within 2 weeks of receiving the trail product I was charged $109.67 on 4/4/2012. Than I was charged an additional $69.62 on 4/20/2012 and 5/22/2012. When ordering the trail, I was not informed that I would be charged the additional fees. I received two packages with refills in April and May which I have not opened. I contacted the company on 5/28/2012 to request a return authorization number and I was informed that the company does accept a return of merchandise after the initial trail period. I asked to discontinue my account.
