Whilst going on to a BBC website for news details, a pop-up appeared advertising Mystique Cream for a trial price of £4.95 for day cream and £4.95 for an eye serum to be used in conjuction with each other, which offered results at the end of 3 weeks - it does'nt work and has made no difference. At no time in the advert did it state that further payments would be taken from my bank after I paid for the trial items, and at no time did I click any buttons to indicate permission to take further payments. After checking my bank statement, a payment of £79.95 and £59.95 were debited from my account on the 25th May without my permission by Mystique.
