On March 19, 2012, I ordered a 'free' Credit Report from freecreditreport.com as we are allowed through the government sponsored site and I chose Experian on the list of three. It offered me a FICO score for an extra $1.00 so I agreed and paid with my debit card. Just 7 days later (March 27, 2012) I have a charge which was UNAUTHORIZED for $17.95 and twice again on April 27th, 2012 and May 27, 2012. I researched online and found others who have been charged mutliple fees of $17.95 each and have reported this as a scam also. There is no phone number for customer service and the website that is listed on my bank statement is not correct to make contact - CREDITREPINFOEXD.COM so I am having to cancel my bank card and I am disputing with my bank, and reporting to the BBB. I will never in my life do business with Experian and will tell everyone I know to beware. This was FALSE advertising, and for a credit reporting agency, you'd think that they would not be so mis-leading to try to scam money from people.
