Ordered a paid of shoes from Rios Shoes -- Ahnu Pacheco. They never arrived. I contacted PayPal to question the payment. They investigated it and reported that the company had proof that they had sent the merchandise. Their response had an email address. I sent an email message to the vendor. It rejected. So after some research, I discovered that in their place, I received a $#%$# shower cap from China. I called PayPal to report a fraud; they refunded all of the money, and indicated I was not the first customer to receive a 'trinket' instead of shoes.

- So why does PayPal continue to tell all the customers that the seller can show proof of delivery when they have heard all of these complaints before? I had to go through my credit card company to get PayPal to refund the money. PayPal knows this is a scam but does nothing to prevent it.
