I like most people ran into a rough time and needed just a small loan...I went online and was referred to a hundred different places...I decided to go to a local store instead of online, but that damage was done already. They had ALL my info. I didn't notice the deposit till a month later after they had debited my account $75.00 each pay period. I called my bank and they said that other than closing the account all they could do was put a block on the company name...I tried to call the company to let them know I needed to pay them back the $250.00 and no more because I did not authorize it but every time I call they are closed....no email is given. I received an email stating that I needed to fax them a notice to either pay it down, or pay it off....a FAX really...do they really think I am going to give any more of my info to them specially through FAX...has anyone else had this issue...I do not want to go to collections but I am afraid they will send me. They have already taken $150.00 and still expect me to pay the full $325.00...no way! Help anyone else know what to do?
