They said product was shipped 5-15-2012 (tracking #RA359217969CN) & it never came. When I tried to track it, they wouldn't let me. When I tried their consumer help link, they never answered me. I tried their complaint forum, they wouldn't let me enter my account. I should have known better to order outside the US! I'm sure there are legitamate foreign sites, but 1 bad apple just spoiled all of them for me! DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Expensive lessen learned; & in this economy (for a monitarily challanged person) who only wanted small solice after losing my ENTIRE family within 1 year, it IS a big deal! I hope you're happy with yourself Focalprice!!!!
