The date given may not be accurate; I am tried of all this unprofessionalism and cheating by Raider, but it was sometime late last year when I sent my work to them.
On the surface, Raider Publishing International sounds very nice, but beware, underneath lays a serpent.
I sent a manuscript, disk, original cover design and a cheque for £1350.00, to Raider.
After some correspondence, mostly vie email, I noticed the grammar from Raider was extremely poor, and their lack of professionalism was equal to their poor grammar.
I decided I no longer wished Raider Publishing International to produce my work and asked for its return, they refused to do so. Raider have said that I am not entitled to my money back; so I have counted that as lost, but they absolutely refuse to return my documents and original cover design, which they asked for. I even withdrew a recent complaint at the request of Raider who said my documents would be returned to me if I did so, but as they have not and therefore are unable to keep even to this simple agreement, here we are again.
Over the past several months, I have been in touch with the BBB in New York, who despite their best efforts, have been unable to secure the return of my documents. According to the BBB, Raider has refused to answer recent correspondence from them.
My advice, for what it is worth, stay clear of Raider Publishing International, they are wolves in sheep’s clothing.
