On 19 May I ordered a pair of Merrell sandals and paid for the shoes with Paypal. I started a dispute against the seller on 2 June with Paypal. Today I received a shower cap from China. I have now escalated my claim with Paypal. Paypal's site says that this is a "verified seller". Don't understand how that ever happened seeing how many claims there are against this scam operation.
Update: 06/08/2012
Rec'd a full refund from Paypal today with no hassle - didn't have to send my shower cap back to China either!
