I found artisanorder.com last summer in 2011, I ordered hundreds of dollars of jewelry. Very few pieces were made with good quality of silver and gemstones. I started ordering other pieces. I dont know what happened,but,OMG, the quality was so BAD, the silver you could bend it and it would break right in half. The stones are so horrible, unclear,cloudy, I was actually able to pop the stone right out of the piece. I emailed the company at least 10 times no answer, I wanted my money back!! This has been going on for a year. They refused to give me my money back! I use my credit , to order more pieces. I got junk,send it back again, and the whole process starts all over. I don't no what else to do! WARNING,DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Lours.
