I applied for a 5,000 dollar loan was approved but they needed 603.98 in a green dot moneypak for the cost of insurance coverage on the loan. Documents were drawn up and signed and returned to them Lydia Cooke was the person working with me. I was told on 06/04/2012 my loan amount would be in my bank account 48-72 hrs. . On 06/07/2012 nothing was deposited? In the meantime I made arrangements with my debtors to withdrawl funds to be paid from my bank account thinking the money would be there. I also had another loan company awaiting a 500.00deposit for coverage(on insurance)for a 25,000 dollar loan. I had to call Lydia Cooke to find out why money was not there? Was then told my insurance needed to be full coverage400.00 more in funds still no money no refunds, and I am stuck with 600. 00 in overdrafts, out a 25,000 dollar loan and 1003.00 dollars of my hard earned money.the BBB has been notified, and Legal action is upcoming for this Company.
