I ordered the Montel Williams Healthmaster, recieved it in July, the top was missing, I called and they told me they didn't have the replacement part and hung up. My son called the next day July 17th or 18th, he was told they would mail the part out to give it 7 to 10 working days, waited no top, I called and was told that it would be mailed, waited 10 working days, no top, I called back and they told me they would mail it to me and then I received and email from them and was told that the sale was told this ended our transaction. Still do not have a lid. I was very disappointed in this product and they way this has been handled.
