I rec'vd and email with the title stating Urgent LegalNotification from an Reynold Shaffer,when i contact the phone number 3057604534 ask them hoiw they got my emaik and that I need there company name ,e address city and state they would not give to but sent an email with an attach from cashnetusa so i contacted cashnet usa and they reffered me to there internet fraud department and stated that these people are an fraud and that they don't work for them,so I email Reynold Shaffer,Mark Wilson,Michelle Goodrich and stated the info I got from cvasnetusa and ask them to provide me with there company name and doc stating I owe this debt which is from 2006, I then did more research and attempt to go to moneygram to see if i could locate this Michelle Goodrich under cashnetusa and no such person,I also thought that due to the threaten emails stating what they are going ri do to me if I didn't pay this debt with 2 options so I responed back again ans then stated that this debt is 400 and you are stating 877 abd pay 70% so I ask for an email statng that they would not,thwn I email the 3 people anbd let them know that I'm in an chapt 13 and gave them my attorney info and Reynold Shaffer rwsponded back vwry distrubing email stating that he is going to file legal action of fraud doc againsty myself and my attorney and that I have 24 hours to take care of this matter. and then stated they were going blocked my ssn number.
