I sign up with this company and then checked out the BBB after reading a complaint about the company not giving the money back for wanting to quit this program. I signed on with them on 6/11/12. I called after 2 days to quit magic kids and was asked why I wanted to quit them. I told them I read the BBB and they were given a "F" rating due to high complains and refusal of giving the monies back to the new clients. Mary the mentor for me told me that the BBB was doing the "F" score because they (Magic Kids) would not pay to be placed in a higher rank. Mary also told me that the BBB was under investigation for possible fraud. I know that this was a lie and I told her that I wanted out, now. I received a call from another Mary today, 6/14/12, informing me that I was NOT going to get my monies back due to an agreement with Eric Iris to set up my web site. I was told that a 30 day refund was given if I was not SATISFY. Well I did not wait even 5 days and they refused me my monies. I well be contacting the BBB to place a complaint against them. I want to sue them and want to know if a class action suit is possible.
