I received a call from them after signing up for free coupons. They offered me a $100.00 Target vouchers (10 to be used once a month equaling $10.00 each), and 3 free magazines for 3.95 a month. This was to have access to coupons, and discounts. I know there are legitimate businesses that do this so I figured I would try it. They immediately charged my card $3.95. Of course they tried to get me to sign up for other programs but luckily I resisted and stuck with the lowest priced one they had. I was told I would get an email with web address, login information and that I would receive the target voucher and more information about the program in the mail. Well the email never came and I realized I had no way of getting in touch with them. So I waited for the packet to come in the mail, which never did. A week later they charged my card again for 3.95. I didn't dispute it, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with snail mail and all. Nothing ever came and today I got a phone call from a rude woman from their collections department stating that I owe them $11.85. I explained to her that I was being charged all this time for services that I did not have access to and would like all of it credited and my account cancelled. She refused. I talked to someone else who also refused and also told me that not only would he not cancel it but that I will continue to accrue charges until I pay my past due and then and only then could I cancel it. I am furious! I ended up calling back and paying the $11.85 and then they gave me the account number and password along with the website address. I cancelled my membership. I did notice that everything that was on the website was available on other websites for free without paying any membership fees... what a scam!! I filed a BBB complaint just on principal alone. Don't use this company for anything!
