Dillon Millsap owns and operates Wired Extreme. He is a criminal who took thousands of dollars in pre-orders on the Xbox 360 in 2006 and then failed to deliver product to those of us who paid. He operated a fake website at the time, at the age of 17, and claimed to be an adult running a legitimate business. When the release came, no systems were shipped, and he disappeared. Only later did some customers get in touch with his parents and try to get money back. It is estimated that he took as much as $140k and he has paid back just $32k to the people from whom he stole. Since then he has made his money with keyword spam penny advertising, and his fake business "Wired Extreme" which rips off customers and suppliers of parts, and is basically an "Xbox Chop-Shop".
