I accepted membership on the premise that for the $99 membership fee I would be given discounts and coupons in addition to a gift card to Wal-Mart in the amount of $10 per month if I purchased $100 per month at Wal-Mart using the same credit card and the same store consistently for 10 months. If I fail to send in receipts for even one month, the deal is off and I will receive no gift cards. The requirements stated that within the first 30 days I would need to request a reimbursement form and that the first ORIGINAL receipt would have to be for the month in which I enrolled (6/30). I fully understood the terms of the agreement. I sent in for the reimbursement form. The directions were a little sketchy and I didn't want to make a mistake so I sent copies of the receipts stating that the originals would be mailed when I received the form. I received the documents I sent to them back in the mail with a reimbursement form and declination attached stating the receipts had to be original and the they could NOT include grocery items. NO WHERE in the original information they provide when they take your $103.95 ($99 and $4.95) do they mention that. I did find it in the information I was provided with AFTER they took my money. Almost everything on the two reciepts I sent them totally more than $200 from the same store using the same form of payment were groceries. I am livid and want my money back. I get that this is a club and that discounts are provided in return for your membership dues but this was a ridiculous ploy to attract a buyer!
