I got married on August 14, 2011 and am still waiting for my edited copy of my wedding video from Jesse Clark, owner, of Sureshot Videography. The entire thing was a nightmare. From the moment we paid in full Jesse became MIA, refused to answer emails, phone calls and lost our wedding information. On the day of the wedding he hired a different videographer he had subcontracted without informing me. He said it would take 8-12 weeks for our video to be done and after going back multiple times by email and phone we finally got our wedding Video on November 23rd. I did an unveiling of our video during Thanksgiving and I cried because it was so horrible. My family was watching it with me and was mortified. It was never edited, didnt have my music on it or the end credits. It was missing interviews and had moments where they had shot pictures of random chairs, blank space, and my aunts bottom without editing them out. The quality also paused and cracked the entire time. I called immediately after the holiday and spoke with Keith, Samantha and i think it was Felicia. All never new who was working on it. Jesse finally reached out to me and said he would "redo the damn thing himself or refund us" and it would take about 2 weeks. Although he was rude about it I was willing to wait another 2 weeks.2 weeks later nothing, so I contacted him and he said he was ill, apparently he was in the hospital for 40 days. So I waited again, and in February he said it would be done in 2 weeks. Then in March I never saw anything, emailed him and he said he was going to Florida for a shoot and it would be another 2 weeks. Then he has refused to answer me because I have still yet to get a phone call, email or edited film for my wedding and its now June 18th. At this point in time I want my $800 and raw footage back. He didnt give me a 90 minute video, or anything. The quality was poor, I could have edited it myself, and printed up a poor quality picture for a cover. It is all over the news that Jesse has been running from many other brides and has not edited their videos either.
