I ordered a subscription to Action Pursuit Games magazine for my son for Christmas and it never arrived. Called mid Feb and they said it takes 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. Then I emailed them and they said they had no record of the transaction even though I had an order date and order confirmation number. Then they asked me to pay for it again because they did not receive payment. VISA statement indicated that payment was made. If they do not honor this bought and paid for order, they are stealing. I will pursue every legal option I have and suggest others do the same.
