I ordered Action Pursuit Games magazine as a Christmas gift for my son. No magazine arrived. Six weeks later, they told me it takes 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. No magazine arrived. I emailed them and they told me they have no record that I paid despite the fact that I had an order confirmation number and they asked me to pay for it again. I refused, saying I needed to check my VISA statement. VISA statement confirmed the payment was made. If I do not have satisfaction within the next three days, I will file complaints wherever I can and that includes small claims. I highly recommend other complainants do the same.
