i bought a 10 site license to set up email accounts using my domain names. When I try to login, I can never do so. I put in for a change of password and then the new password doesn't work. Tonight, after months of dealing with this, I was able to login to a dashboard, only to find a blank dashboard. I tried sending a service request and when I click the send button, it doesn't work. I had a really hard time right after buying this to get them to confirm I had bought the 10 site license because the verification of the transaction reflected only a one site license. I finally got confirmation but since then have never been able to get it to actually work. Ian del Carmen is the owner of this company and has a twitter and facebook account but have gotten no word from him either.
