http://www.thesmartstyleliving.com/quit.asp?o1=ECIG10&source=P-BLACK&c1=&popup= is the free trial for Emerald Lux e cig. I signed up for what I thought was a free trial. Upon searching the web for more info on e-cig, I came across your website on this company concerning their scam. Thank you so much folks for your reports and this website. As soon as I read them I went to my credit card online and indeed saw their continuing subscription and filed a dispute right there on the spot. I sent an email of cancellation, and called them and cancel this morning. I'm am within there 14 days I didn't know about (because it's suppose to be free). On the phone with them, I did tell them they were scammers and explained to them it was suppose to be a free trial. They were huffy at first when I told them to cancel and that I was disputing the 4.95 and any further charges. The employee ask to put me on hold and told her yes, but before you put me on hold I want to let you know that the the State of Indiana is a one party state and this phone call is being recorded. I'm letting you know, even though I don't have to. The hold didn't last long and the employee came back with a rma number and said they have already shipped it and I needed to return it within 10 days as per their policy. I asked her where that policy was on their website, she said it was just there policy. Seriously, who can keep up. Anyway, here's an email that just came:

Dear ****** ********,

If you do not want to deal with returning the package you may always keep the product and get charged only small one time payment of only $24.95 to keep the product. To activate this offer please call 1-877-766-5306.

Your Return Authorization Number is "********". All returns must include this RMA# inside of the package.

Please ship the product to:
