Hi there, first off i want to say that craigslist the actual website did not perform the scam.
The person that scammed me was someone that advertise themselves as buying runescape gold for $2/mil.

I posted on craigslist that i was selling 280m runescape gold for $280. He contacted me with his phone number being 561-542-7160.

He talked me threw buy saying well pay in small increments for the transaction. He said that we would pay threw paypal and that he would do 3 transactions. So at first to see if he was legit i traded him 50m. Then he said, "o wait it cost like $14 for shipping dude" so then he talks me threw giving him the rest of the gold in one try... Then the phone goes silent and he logs out without paying. I can prove he didnt pay me cause my paypal record is empty, nothing came. He lives in florida. I called him back threatening i would call police if he didnt return the gold to me but then he said i would never find him and he hung up.
