I reviewed my CC charges to find 2 charges-$8.95 and $13.82 in June and August from Diet Leader MD. When I called the number she told me when I ordered a health & beauty product I was automatically enrolled in their service and charged. So the default is the "box" is checked and the onus is on ME to see the box and UNcheck the box to make sure I am not signed up for their "services". I have no idea who shared my CC information and am disputing both charges.
