I sent my laptop a HP DVD9000 in for repair the first time in October 2011. They sent it back to me in Dec 2011 and it had not been touched. They billed me 147.00 to do nothing. I called and they said they would repair it again, I sent it back in January 2012, and it is still there today, June 20, 2012. I have called them no less than 200 times and each time they do not know anything, or they will ship it, or they have supplier problems. Each time I ask for a call back, but they never call me back. The latest is that they said they could not repair it and will refund my money and return my laptop. However, after 2 weeks, no one can tell me a status. I call back and they say that only Bob can help me and they do not know when he will be in, but he will call back. He never does, nor does anyone. I have filed a complaint with the Columbia SC BBB, and they have told me the company has not responded and they have a "F" rating.
