magicJack expired on 6/14/2012. I clicked the link within the application that tells me I can renew for a year for the price of $10. I pay via credit card. The magicJack does not come back online for days. I contact customer support and they tell me I just paid for 2011. This was totally unclear on the payment page. The payment page says this is to renew, not to pay for previous years. They took the money and I have no service still.
