purchased this to fix error 0x800423F4 which it stated it could fix. Of course it didn't and I have sent numerous requests for assistance which have gone unanswered.I ran the program numerous times and it always told me I had an exorbitant number of errors which should have rung a warning bell. Guess i have learned a lesson the hard way. i have requested my money back but sure that won't happen
