I bought goods from ioffer shop from this person and he/she tricked me to pay with western union and i haven't received anything yet the tracking number he has given me is wrong :RA518253352CN
I don't know what i should do ,i will report him to western union as well ,please advise me how i can get my money back and report this person so they cant trick anyone else
