I recieved a fax at work about a travel discount for a cruise. I called this company and planned on buying this cruise deal. I was told that I I would get an email to sign for money to come out of the bank account. I never sent it back to them and they took the money plus a processing fee. I did not recieve the right package and everytime I cdalled about this I was either hung up on, transfered and hung up on or when I did get to talk to someone like KC he told me he was the supervisior and that he would sende me the right vouchers through emaiul by the end of the day. 3 days later I still have not gotten them. I have called over 40 times in the last 3 days on this and the same thing allways. He is not in, or I get hung up on or told to call back or that this should not happen. I even talked to my agent that sold me the package yesterday and he told me that he would call me back that day and woulde have it fixed. Still nothing not even from him. The bank will be contacted today to let them know that this was not an authorized charge.
