run a spoof ebay web site which is exact copy of ebay who he gets ebay customers to bid on his items then contacts them via email .arranges a deal with ebay to hold the money .he then informs ebay to contact you to with the contract. the fake ebay then contact you complete with any questions you have confimed by operators as you type in questions they type in what you want to hear. pretends to live in kings langley herts but to be away looking after his resteraunt in monaco . give this as reason to be slow returning home.meanwhile money in holding account miseriously has vanished into thin air .
