- I joined an internet dating site called Cupid.com on a 3 day trial for the sum of £1.98. After the trial ended, the company went ahead and deducted a further £24.99 from my account - this amounts to a month's membership, which I never even subscribed to ! I have e-mailed their site admin and asked for a full refund in 5 working days or I will be duly contacting the ombudsman!
