Ordered on line rear wiper/arm. was quoted £15.00. they took £25.00. order never arrived, so i asked for money to be returned to my account. That was 3wks ago. every time i ring, 01942862277 they say that it will be done. up to date 23rd june still not in. looking on website, i am not the only person with this problem. anita wiseman
