I booked 6 sessions, I had the first 3, the first and 3rd were so unprofessional that it was a joke, the second was done by a woman who had her own salon and the difference was tenfold. I got her number, when I had a call cancelling my sessions with the excuse that the machines were not working, and that they would give me a free one, they booked for this coming week. I contacted the woman I had met at the salon to be told that it had closed down and that they had all been made redundant (before my call re booking) I have had no reply to emails, can not get through on the phone and have complained to the paper that ran their ad' campaign, still nothing. This is a complete scam and many people must be out of pocket and still have the unwanted fat : (
