Nathan Cass from consumer advocates group called me several times about reducing our mtg. payment by half, he had me make a deposit into their account at Bank of America and said that it would take about 2 months and we would settle and have a much lower interest rate and payment would be cut in half. How do they get away with such a crime. People are already having a financial crisis and thats how they help us by telling lies and taking our money. How do we get our money back and who do we contact. They will not answer their phones or e-mails or any kind of contact. How pathetic to treat people like that. We thought that Nathan was an honest upright kind of guy boy were we wrong.
