On Wednesday 04/04/2012, I and my wife received an invitation to attend a something Services for 1 hour to have 2 airfair travel vouchers at Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park, CA.
They showed us a lot of package deals travel around the world. The one my wife started asking them after the show was a package to Australia for 2 weeks including airfair, five star hotel, and breakfasts around -+1,600.00 per person. I did not believe in it, but the salesman Bob kept saying that after paying for membership 7,999.00 plus tiltle fee, we can enjoy that for life of booking. We could not afford it, he called sales mgr Ben Plaka agreed to lower to 2,399.00 including title fee. My wife and I agreed, but did not know how could we test them. Ben Plaka kept saying give me your credit card and I can book for you right now. Of-course, we did not have any vacation plan for 2012, since I told them that I already booked to Barcelona in coming July. But 2013, we had no schedule yet. Bob, Ben Plaka just said " you have 3 days to cancel'" just give me something to book for you.Then, I had booked for me 2 nights in LA. Ben gave me his cell and promised somebody will book for you tomorrow, and call me back. End up, we left the hotel around 11:00pm. Arrived home, we found out that they failed to give us a copy of contract.
Thursday night, Sheri called 7:00pm and said her computer was down and promised to call back the Friday, never did. We kept calling Ben Plaka at (772)538-3989 many times to demand to cancel.He ignored to answer. After find out the company info, they said to late to refund.
Basically we stuck $2,399.00 in them and of-course 2 airfair vouchers never get them.
Hopefully, someone can help us with solution.
