I mother keeps getting letters like the one described and of course she has sent money in. I'm not sure as to how much she has actually sent in bit I do know it has been a lot.My mother is on a limited income and barely has enough for food without these scam artist taking what is left. I would like it to stop, she thinks that she is going to win a bunch of money.She sends in cash because she has no checking acct.
