From May 19th I have been online surching for a website that can repair I-pods. Came across "Digi Express" saw they had a number (1.800.440.4693) so I called to explain my I-pod problem and got a representative that informed me what to do, the personal information they need from me, how to ship, and the charges incurred. Total charge was $31.75 to repair and return shipping. Representative insurred that the company would keep me posted and updated to all activities. Two weeks and three days had passed I got no phone call nor any email updates so I called; a representative named Sherrie answered my called placed me on-hold and to my surprise, her answer to me was that the I-pod was not repaired that it was located somewhere in the back of the shop and that in order to quickly repair my I-pod it just needed a new battery and that would be another charge of $10.00 and that I would definitely get an e-mail to the update for shipping.! A week later I got an e-mail to let me know that the product was repaired and shipped. To my surprise 6/18/2012 I received my I-pod through the mail and once I opened the package the I-pod was not repaired. So I called and was very fortunate to get the same representative on the phone "Sherrie" who was familiar with the case in question and I told her about how dissapointing it was to not being contacted by Digi Express, not letting me know that in order to repair the I-pod it needed a new battery, not being contacted that the I-pod could not be repaired and that they have to charge me $41.75 the full amout even though I did not get any type of professional service from this company. My case #AB-131631 was charged to my credit account and due to the lack of communication from their part and the eagerness of wanting to charge monies I strongly believe the full amount should be ACCREDITED to my account.!
