I purchased 5 items from kanacas in one order. After 2.5 weeks I emailed them to ask how long it would take. They said it was on its way and to be patient. A week later I received 1 jacket, but not the rest. The jacket was a large and I ordered a medium, however it did fit so its ok (but it fell apart after 2 wears). I emailed them as to when the rest was coming, again they said be patient as it was on its way. As the weeks went on I kept asking for more info, then saying I would dispute with paypal, they offered less responsive short emails untill now I get no replies. They had me wait long enough that paypal cannot organise a dispute (45 days after transaction) and am now waiting a dispute charge back via my bank. I had made it clear that I wanted to buy bulk down the track, and these where only samples. There is no available shipping records other than that of the one jacket sent. After seeing the others burnt by this shop it seems they may be enjoying the free ride while it lasts. Do not shop with these guys, and be aware of any time limits on dispute resolution services. I can unhappily accept poor quality items, but to not deliver at all is just a con.
