I received a letter stating that through the American public records Vallejo found my last name, same as his clients last name. This client and his entire family had died in the 2004 tsunami catastrophe in Spain. This client deposited $10,000,000 with a Safe Security Company in Spain. The security company has mandated the attorney (Vallejo) to present a member of the family to make claims or the deposit will be confiscated and taken to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security as unclaimed. After exhaustive efforts to find a direct family member to no avail, Vallejo has suggested that I stand as the next of kin. "I know you may not be anyway related to my late client but having a common surname with him and the modality I have in place I can guarantee that if you follow my instructions and capitalizing of some judicial loop holes the deposit will be released to us." Vallejo assures me that this transaction is risk free. "Once the deposit is released to you, we shall divide the contents in the ratio of 50% for you and 50% for me as our benefit.
