I was contacted by Ms. Monica Phillips representing this company saying I had been approved for a $6000.00 loan.

I signed the contract and paid the $544.68 collateral payment plus the cost of wiring the money western Union.

They then told me that the insurer wanted an additional 544.68. I did not have it, so they asked for half of that amount and saying they would pay the other half.

I demanded my collateral payment back and was told it would take 30 days and to call back on the following monday.

I was told on that day that my refund would arrive on 7/7/2012. Since then I have gotten recordings and no response from messages I left with the company.

I have since discovered the web domain was registered this year, although their web site says it has been in business since 2004. There is no listing for the firm in the Seattle phone book, and the web domain was registered out of Toronto Ontario Canada.
