On May 11th, 2012 we sent a check to Rising Sun Engines in the amount of $1620.00, which was deposited into his Bank of America account on the 15th of May, 2012 for a rebuilt engine for a Mitsubishi Montero. My wife called Steve Keplinger the day we sent the check and told him it was on the way and we were told we would receive the engine in two to three weeks. As of today (7/6/12) we still have not received the engine. We have called and left messages 19 times, sent numerous emails, and have sent 4 certified letters to all addresses listed for this company and still haven't received a response back.
