In april of this year, I ordered a motorcycle trunk for my honda ST 1300. It arrived damaged. I notified ridebikegear at togaltd.com and the said to e-mail them a picture of the damage, which I did. them they said never mind the picture, they would send me a second trunk, which they did. that arrived in worse shape than the first one.I returned that one also via U.P.S., the way it came. after I sent it back, I was notified that they refused delivery and they wanted it shipped via U.S.P.S and I had to pay the shipping. I contacted U.P.S and I was informed that they refused delivery and after a requested inspection of the package ( by me ) it was determined by U.P.S. that the way it was packed, it was UNFIT for shipment. (tracking # 1ze6269a6820417857 ). Now, they still have my money and refuse to refund it, and I do NOT have the merchandise I ordered and paid for. I consider this an very unscrupulous company and I am very dissapointed that this company can do business in this fashion and continue to get away with it. (Personal Information Removed)
