My 90 year-old mother's bank (Cadence) mindlessly gave $447.34 of her funds to YR Benefits. She has no knowledge of this organization. I called YR to ask about the transaction. I was hung up on. I called again and they said I was 'disconnected.' I was promised her funds would be returned within 21 days.

From what I read about YR it is evident they prey on the elderly. Those answering the phone claim they work for a third party vendor and have no knowledge of YR yet they had the authority to promise a refund, interesting. How can people work for such a company and sleep at night?
